Classic Cuban Cocktails
In the glory days of pre-revolutionary Cuba, famous Havana restaurants, bars and nightclubs such as Tropicana, La Floridita, Sloppy Joe’s and La Bodeguita del Medio were notorious for their exotic cocktails. In the days of prohibition North American tourists flocked to Havana in search of the tropical Cuban lifestyle and of course, Cuban rum. It is from this period that such well-known cocktails as the Daiquirí, the Mojito and the Bacardi Cocktail, earned their fame. Here at Pambiche our cocktails are made with premium spirits, fresh housemade fruit juices organic cane sugar and the expertise and love required to make classic Cuban cocktails. ¡Salud!
