La Hora del Amigo, Pambiche’s Cuban Happy Hour, features great coffee and drink specials, snack and appetizer combos and even dessert specials! There is never a line during “La Hora del Amigo” and it is a great way to sample our menu!

Eat Late at our Late Night Happy Hour! Pambiche is open until midnight on Friday & Saturday. We offer our Cuban Happy Hour menu starting at 10 pm as well as our full dinner menu that includes our classic Cuban cocktails. Pambiche is a great way to cap the night with dessert and coffee or get the evening started before dancing the night away.

Daiquirí
Named after a small coastal town in Cuba’s Oriente province this timeless cocktail is the original Cuban classic made famous at the Floridita Bar in La Habana Vieja, which is known as “the cradle of the Daiquirí”. Carta Blanca Rum, fresh squeezed lime juice and organic cane sugar are shaken over ice and served up. Also available served frappé. $5.00

“The Journalist”. A classic cocktail created at the Floridita Bar in La Habana Vieja. Carta Blanca Rum shaken with a touch of Alize Passion Fruit Liqueur and fresh squeezed Valencia orange juice, served on the rocks with a squeeze of fresh lime. $5.00
Ponche
Classic Cuban rum punch. Carta Blanca and Bacardi Añejo rums are shaken with Alizé Passion

Cubans enjoy la merienda much like the American afternoon coffee break or after work happy hour, or the British afternoon tea. Our empanada dough is made in the Cuban tradition with stone-ground wheat flour and natural home made leaf lard. Empanadas are available ala carte or as a small plate accompanied with green plantains and your choice of organic beet salad, chayote salad or organic cabbage salad. Please allow 15 minutes.
Picadillo - Cuban beef hash with Cascade Natural beef, Hill bacon, olive oil and sherry sofrito, olives, capers, raisins and fresh oregano.

A Taíno Indian “pepper pot” stew influenced over the centuries by Spanish and African cookery, considered by many to be the national dish of Cuba.
