La merienda for Cubans is a light snack of either appetizers or desserts. Cubans enjoy la merienda much like the American afternoon coffee break or after work happy hour, or the British afternoon tea.
Here at Pambiche we invite you to enjoy a little taste of Cuba during our “Hora del Amigo” merienda hour.

The Cuban answer for the Manhattan and Negroni cocktail lovers. Matusalem Platino Rum, Licor 43, Lillet Blanc and a skosh of our homemade grenadine, shaken over ice and served up with a cherry-orange twist.
The house diquirí at El Floridita in Old Havana where they serve hundreds of these each day. Carta Blanca Rum, maraschino liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice and pure cane sugar, served frappé with a cocktail cherry.
