Since 2000, Pambiche has been nourishing Portland with traditional Cuban dishes that have been in the Maribona Family for generations.
We serve Cuban comfort food straight out of grandma’s kitchen with an emphasis on fresh, natural and healthy meals, just as she intended for us.
Located in the Apambichao Building, a classic turn of the century Victorian landmark on Portland's East 28th Avenue, our scene is straight up Old Havana and our hospitality is genuinely Cuban!

Since the beginning of the COVID era, we’ve made many changes at the restaurant level always with the safety of our staff and patrons being our top priority. Our new normal has also transformed the way we look at our menu. Change has been hard at times, but it has also been good in many ways, we’ve simplified and streamlined our menu and some new fan favorites have surfaced in the process. We continue bringing forward new traditional plant-based items, reducing our carbon footprint, upcycling more foods and we are constantly striving to do better!
The Covid19 Pandemic has forced us to reduce our menu and food production by over half as we are operating at -65% of normal sales. This has forced us to make difficult choices regarding what to cut. Cutting some of the accompaniments has allowed us to keep more of our Platos & Cajitas. We hope that you, our beloved patrons, can appreciate these predicaments we face as we depend on your continued patronage and good will during these difficult times.
